Affiliated School of Cities faculty member Shoshanna Saxe, an assistant profssor of sustainable ubran infrastructure in the Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering, comments on the importance of funding for infrastructure in the Toronto Star. Saxe says infrastructure that was well designed in the 20th centruey may not be pepared for the climante of the 21st.
